I am fearfully and wonderfully made” –Psalm 139:13-14.

As someone who has walked the difficult path of chronic illness, I know firsthand how our stories, traumas, and unhealed experiences can get “stuck” in the body. This can show up as anxiety, chronic pain, illness, or that disorienting feeling of not being quite ourselves anymore. For a long time, I lived in that space—high-achieving on the outside, yet overwhelmed and restless on the inside. I know what it feels like to be exhausted, anxious, and unsure how to slow down or heal.
That’s why I’m passionate about helping others find freedom—mind, body, and spirit.

Professional Background

Over the past 10+ years in the counseling field, I’ve learned that healing is never one-size-fits-all. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor, serving clients in Texas, Colorado, Kansas, and Oklahoma. My approach is integrative and faith-informed, blending evidence-based psychological tools with the deep wisdom of the Catholic faith. I help teens and adults work through anxiety, depression, chronic illness and pain, trauma, stress, guilt, shame, life transitions, perinatal mental health, and challenges that come with being a highly sensitive person.

In my practice, I draw on body-based and trauma-informed modalities such as Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Processing, and EFT (Tapping). My work is rooted in the belief that God has created us in a beautifully intricate way—and when we engage the full mind-body-spirit connection, true and lasting healing becomes possible. I’ve watched clients rediscover joy, release trauma, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with who they were made to be.

Many people come to me after trying other types of therapy and still feeling stuck. They often tell me, “I never really got to the root of the issue before,” or “I feel like I can finally breathe again.” I consider it a sacred honor to walk alongside each person as they peel back the layers of their story, find clarity and relief, and begin to live with more peace and purpose.

Whether I'm supporting teens or adults, my goal is always the same: to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I help people build self-worth, let go of shame and guilt, and learn to befriend themselves—often for the first time in a long time. Therapy, to me, is not just clinical—it’s spiritual. It’s a sacred space where healing happens through presence, love, truth, and the grace of God.

My Catholic faith is at the heart of both my life and my work. I’m especially inspired by St. Teresa of Ávila and the mystics of the Church, whose writings have shaped my personal prayer life and my understanding of the human soul. I often weave prayer, meditation, and a sacramental view of the person into my sessions—always with gentleness and respect for where each person is in their journey.

My Journey

My work in the mental health field began in case management, supporting individuals with severe mental illness and substance use challenges. I then spent four years at Catholic Charities, walking with women through pregnancy, postpartum depression, loss (including post-abortion healing), and other mental health needs. I also worked with children and teens in school settings and helped adults facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Later, I served as the Coordinator for Survivors of Sexual Abuse at the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. That experience profoundly shaped my heart for trauma work and deepened my commitment to offering a therapeutic space that is compassionate, safe, and rooted in dignity.

Since moving to Denver in 2017, I’ve focused on private practice, working with individuals, couples, teens, and children—and recently expanded my practice to serve the Dallas-Fort Worth area as well.

I can't wait to meet you

Every day, I’m reminded that healing is possible. I see it in my clients—in the small breakthroughs and the deep transformations. We are truly wonderfully made (Psalm 139), and I feel honored to witness God’s healing work in the lives of those I serve.

If you're feeling stuck or weighed down, I invite you to reach out. There is hope. And you don’t have to walk the journey alone.
